3Arc Development provides architectural development and construction of luxury apartments and townhouses in the Toronto-GTA area. The company was established in 2016 by the Homayouni brothers and Masih Javanbakht — the founders — who are excited to provide affordable, high-end living to the residents of Toronto, as well as to expand their overall business to the rest of Canada.

3Arc was established by three founders: Amir Hossein Homayouni, Hamidreza Homayouni, and Masih Javanbakht.

Amir Hossein Homayouni and Hamidreza Homayouni have been managing their renowned company Homayounies Architecture & Construction Group in the Middle East since 2000.

Amir Hossein Homayouni, the president of 3Arc, first founded HA&C Group back in 2000 after graduating from Shiraz Azad University with his master’s degree in architecture.

His brother Hamidreza Homayouni, the vice-president of 3Arc, joined him in 2004 and graduated with his master’s in architecture from Yazd University in 2006. When the two came together to run the company, HA&C began to experience a turning point in both vision and success

Masih has been active in the industry for more than 15 years since graduating with a master’s degree in architecture. He also has experience running his own companies in Canada and built over 60 residential spec houses in Canada alone, which some have been nominated for Toronto builder of the year, and to be showcased in famous architectural magazines. Masih provides another invaluable level of experience, as well as completes the founding team. Javanbakht serves as the vice-president and director of 3Arc alongside Hamidreza Homayouni. In 2016, the Homayouni brothers teamed up with Masih Javanbakht and established 3Arc, which has taken on a number of projects in the past several years. The trio is highly established in the construction and development sphere, and each individual comes to the table with his own level of experience and expertise.

We continue to look to the future when it comes to creating more impeccably designed, livable and affordable luxury apartments and townhouses in the Toronto-GTA area. Our business has always been focused on looking forward, and we don’t intend to stop now.
